If you would like to use 1DCutX without trial version restrictions then you have to purchase the license. We describe below step-by-step instruction how to proceed.

1. Download and Install 1DCutX if you haven't yet done so.

2. Run Microsoft Excel.

3. Start 1DCutX in Microsoft Excel.

3a. Microsoft Excel 2003:

1. Select "Tools..." in the main menu.
2. Click on the "Length (1D) Cutting Optimization..." menu item as shown on the picture.

3b. Microsoft Excel 2007-2013 (32 bit):

1. Select "Add-Ins" in the main menu.
2. Click on the "Length (1D) Cutting Optimization..." ribbon element as shown on the picture.

3c. Microsoft Excel 2010-2013 (64 bit):

1. Select "Add-Ins" in the main menu.
2. Click on the "1DCutX - Linear Cut Optimizer" ribbon element as shown on the picture.

4. Purchase a license key

Please skip this step and go to step 5 if you already paid for the license.

3. Enter the license key we generated into four edit boxes.
