Cutlist Report - 1D_cutlist

This spreadsheet helps the cutting operator to cut all parts from all stocks at a glance.

For the selected example the cutting sequence is 7, 7, 7 and offcut length is 1. It means that the cutting operator needs to take a stock H84-22 with length 22 and make three cuts:

1. First cut at the location 7 from the beginning of the stock. It produces one part with length 7 and reduces the stock length to 15 (22 - 7 = 15).
2. The second cut is made at the location 7 of this reduced stock and produces another part with length 7 and reduces the stock length to 8 (15 - 7 = 8).
3. The last cut at the location 7 produces third part with length 7 and offcut with length 1.

Basically, this cutlist spreadsheet specifies the cutting operation for the left-over stock after each cut is done.
